Scott’s Bio:
Scott Ramsey is a seasoned business coach, faith-based leadership consultant, and entrepreneur. He has over three decades of experience in business ownership, coaching, and ministry leadership. He is a graduate of Indiana State University. In addition, he is a devoted husband, father of four adult children, and proud grandfather of two.
The Business Coaching
Scott and his wife Carmen successfully owned and operated a service-based business for 15 years. After selling, Scott transitioned into full-time business coaching. He has coached over 70 small business owners and franchisees. This includes 35+ owners on an ongoing basis in a national faith-based franchise system. His clients have ranged from early-stage entrepreneurs to business owners generating up to $10 million in annual revenue.
Whether you’re leading a business, a ministry, or your family, Scott believes coaching isn’t just about performance. It’s about purpose.
The Power of Community and Accountability
As a certified business coach and mastermind facilitator, Scott has led dozens of faith-driven business owners. Many through Mastermind groups (cohorts), and strategic leadership sessions rooted in biblical principles and real-world results.
With this, over the years, Scott knows the power of community, mentorship, and accountability. He also credits much of his growth to the mentorship he’s received since 1991. More recently, to the wisdom and encouragement he and Carmen have received as a couple from their mentors.
Your Everday Life Devotional Blog
Beyond business, Scott is the voice behind Your Everyday Life (www.youreverydaylife.org). This is a devotional blog and resource where he writes weekly content to help readers thrive personally, spiritually, and professionally. His platform includes devotionals, “God Stories,” and podcast episodes focused on integrating faith and purpose into everyday life and leadership.
This is a blog that grew from emails he sent during COVID-19. It was to encourage, on a daily basis, the business owners he coached during a difficult time. What started as a response to a moment of need has grown into much more. It is a platform offering faith-filled devotionals, podcast episodes, and God Stories to help others thrive in life, leadership, and faith.
Where It All Began – and now
Scott’s journey began in ministry at age 19. By 27, he was pastoring a church. At 29, he became an Executive Director with Youth for Christ. By 31, he was training missionary staff at both regional and national levels. These early leadership experiences laid a strong foundation for the coaching work he does today.
Together with his wife Carmen, Scott now leads several businesses. Each is designed with a shared mission: to love people well and reflect Christ in every interaction.
