All That You’ve Done For Me

There have been plenty of people in my life who have done things for me. I am thankful for the many folks that have crossed my path. I am thankful for those who have helped me along my way. But I am most thankful for you Jesus, and all that you’ve done for me!

Amazing Grace is about all that you've done for me Jesus.

I have given people plenty of reasons on many occasions to NOT want to help me. Am I out in the life raft on my own, or is there anyone else out there with me?

One Reason Why Others May Not Want to Help Me

James 4:17 NASB

So for one who knows the right thing to do and does not do it, for him it is sin.

Usually we think of sin as doing something wrong. Which is certainly true. But an even better way to put it is in the words of James in the verse above – not doing what is right. So if I shared all of the times I did the wrong things, AND all of the times I did NOT do the right things, you might not want to have anything to do with me. So I am amazed at what others have done for me in spite of the many times I have fallen short.

Even more so Jesus, I am amazed at the sinful man I was but yet…

All that You’ve Done for Me

Listen to this song Phil Wickham wrote, as he sings it…

Phil Wickham has played at our Office Pride Business Owner Retreats twice!

So for what Jesus has done for me, for you and for a lost world is amazing. It is amazing grace. It is this Amazing Grace that He has for us that has set us free. Free from what you ask? Free from death that sin had condemned us to. Sin separates us from God. And if we die in our sin, never being set free by Jesus, then we are eternally separated from God.

The Amazing Grace part of it is this – that none of us deserve it. We have all turned our back on God at one time or another to varying degrees.

Have You Experience His Amazing Grace

If you know Jesus, then you know and have experienced this Amazing Grace. If you don’t know Jesus personally and you are wondering about how this Amazing Grace works, then send me a private email to scott@youreverydaylife.org and I will reply and share a few things with you about this grace.

I would love to hear when you first experienced this amazing grace in your life. You can do this this by sharing in the comments below.

I experienced His amazing grace on Wednesday, April 2, 1980 at approximately 9:00 pm in Vero Beach Florida. How about you? When did you experience His Amazing Grace?

Challenge of the Day: You can do one of two things here: 1) Experience this Amazing Grace by asking Jesus Christ to be your Lord and Savior, or 2) if you are already a follower of Jesus, share this amazing grace with one person today. So be it.
