Chateau Mariposa offers an enchanting retreat setting that beautifully balances seclusion and convenience. We are located in a rural setting great for small retreats in North Weeki Wachee.

Two and a half wooded acres

Nestled just off the beaten path in North Weeki Wachee/Spring Hill, FL, the Mediterranean-style country home is surrounded by lush farm country. You’ll enjoy a sense of peaceful privacy while still being minutes from everyday amenities.

Sweet spots at every turn

Inside and out, the property is dotted with inviting areas to unwind and connect. Think cozy papasan chairs, macramé swings, multiple hammocks, a shaded courtyard, a grand pergola setting, and a spacious back porch with a grill and seating. In the evenings, gather around the firepit on Adirondack chairs, surrounded by the gentle glow of string lights .

Access to Breathtaking Springs

A highlight of the locale is its proximity to renowned spring-fed waterways. Just a short drive away, you can kayak, swim, paddleboard, and even observe manatees in the warm waters of Weeki Wachee, Crystal River, Homosassa, and Rainbow River. Where the constant 72–74°F temperature draws gentle manatees each winter.

Rustic Charm Meets Modern Comfort

While the setting feels naturally rugged and serene, the home itself is thoughtfully updated. Sun-drenched rooms with large windows and dark wood beams complement modern comforts like internet, dedicated workspace, and communal laundry. It’s rural tranquility with all the conveniences .

Whether you’re planning a quiet group retreat, a rejuvenating getaway, or an adventurous escape, Chateau Mariposa’s blend of serene nature, cozy communal spaces, and nearby spring-fed waters create an idyllic setting to relax, reconnect, and recharge.
